Below you'll find some yarn and sizing information on the Crux Cardigan that I designed for Pom Pom Issue 36! Please find your size and check the yardage to make sure you don't over- or under-purchase.

Preordered yarn will take UP TO 3-4 weeks to dye and ship. You can buy issue 36 from Pom Pom, or through Ravelry, or from your favorite LYS. The background yarn in the pattern is Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme DK, and can be bought directly from Universal Yarn.

PATTERN DETAILS
Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
Finished chest (fullest point) circumference:
inches : 38 (42¾, 46, 50¾, 54, 58¾, 62, 66¾, 70) inches – to be worn with 8-10” positive ease
cm : 96.5 (108.5, 117, 129, 137, 149, 157.5, 169.5, 178) cm – to be worn with 20.5-25.5 cm positive ease

CONTRAST STITCHING DETAILS
This cardigan uses 6 pastel rainbow colors of non-superwash merino single ply yarn : Kindred Red Folk Solo. Each kit comes with 6 partial skeins depending on size. You will use 2 more yarn colors than others due to the contrast i-cord edging. The colorways are Vivi, Glacier Blue, Meadow Mint, Hansa, Push-pop, and Zenon.

KITS BY SIZE
sizes 1-3: 6x 25g quarter skeins
sizes 4-7: 4x 25g quarter skeins and 2x 50g half skeins. Specify which 2 colors get the larger amounts in the order comments. (My sample used the most pink & orange due to the i-cord edging)
size 8-9: 3x 25g quarter skeins and 3x 50g half skeins. Specify which 3 colors get the larger amounts in the order comments. (My sample used the most pink, orange, and yellow due to the i-cord edging.)
extra kit: 6x 50g half skeins. This kit size is for if you're planning on adding length, or converting Crux into a pullover, or for entirely another project!

CONTRAST YARN DETAILS: FOLK SOLO 
• 100% NON-superwash merino wool
• single ply construction
• 50g = 136 yards / 124 meters
• 25g = 68 yards / 62 meters
• Knitting : US 6-8 / 4-5mm
• since this is non-SW, be gentle when washing and use cool water only!
